For international orders, please note: if you refuse a shipment from Pina Studio, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import duties that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Pina Studio. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If however, you wish to return your purchase from pina.studio please note the following: Pina Studio allows the return within 14 days from the day of purchase at pina.studio.
The cost of returning the garment to us is your responsibility unless the garment is faulty. Ensure that the garment being returned is in an unworn condition.
To initiate a return, please contact hello@pina.studio for address details and return to us within 14 days from day of purchase.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we would advise you to send it by registered mail or any postage that requires signing upon delivery. Once the garment is received by us we’ll refund your purchase within 10 working days.
